FW: IT issues _ Support ASAP

Fax Problem was resolved:
1- Multifunction Fax Machine had a DNS resolution problem reaching peru server. DNS settings were changed on the machine to point to the local server as primary and Peru as secundary. Test were sucesful and confirmed with Luca correct operation.


@Carlos Alberto Grimaldi Flores We recomend testing DNS resolution from Camposol Holanda to Camposol Peru, DNS traffic is not working correctly. This issue also affected the other computer.

Computer Problem
Computer had the wrong primary DNS configured, Secondary DNS from Peru stopped working and computer internet went down. had to change vlan on the computer and ADD secondary ip on the server in order to gain administrator access and update dns settings.
