1. Switch updates:
-a. We reset the switch to restore access
-b. Updated the firmware on switch
-c. Restored the tikilive ceiling access point
-d. Restored the tiki switch access point
-e. Configured ports 10 - 16 to the IP phone vlan
-f. Configured ports 2-9 and 17- 24 for the general office internet for PCs and other devices
-g. Enabled the led panel for monitoring traffic.
-h. Configured eth1 as the trunk to the core router

2. Router updates:
-a. Upgraded firmware
-b. Configured eth1 to be the port to the switch
-c. Configured an edge router for the switch
-d. Set up a firewall to protect us from any outside access.
