Good Morning Veronica,
We helped Rose today with a Excel Activation ticket and noticed that her computer is very slow.
We serviced this Computer a few month ago replacing a screen, plan was also to add more memory but this model doesn’t support memory upgrade.
Rose is a Power user and this computer wont be able to sustain her work needs for too long.
We have the following options:
1- Do a Full Restore of the computer (reloading the software from 0). She might be prone to slowness again in a few months
2- Acquiring a New Apple Computer with good specs that will resolve the root cause of the problem.
